How much of an arm workout does Nordic Walking give you? - nordic walking instructions

When I start Nordic walking, I get strong enough to lift 65 to 70 pounds for backpackers? I have a backpack or workout bag in any case for it, and I heard, Nordic Walking is a whole-body exercise. So, if I do that I strong enough to get lift? Thank you.

I speak from an old discarded tires, and ropes attached to it as a strength coach, to back the package. They should have the opportunity to tire dead on the side of the road, sometimes, or in garbage containers behind the scenes of the tires.
